Vasque added high rebound inserts along the heel and forefoot to help minimize fatigue and increase overall comfort. While many day hiking shoe designs add extra ounces with heavy reinforcement materials, Vasque takes a little off with a lighter TPU-injected nylon textile plate. Beneath the dual density EVA footbed and midsole is a low-profile, trail-ready Vasque Aether Outsole for excellent traction over a variety of surfaces.
