Great combination of cushioning and stability. This is my second pair. I use them for trail running as well as running on pavement. I really like the Shark/Navy color, which is hard to find. Altrec provides fantastic service and such fast delivery.

This is my second pair of Vasque Blurs. First pair lasted about 18 months, running 12-15 miles/week on a rocky, rutted dirt road. The sole is firm enough to significantly reduce the discomfort of tromping on rocks

the week after I purchased these shoes I was day-hiking on Mt Katahdin and surounding peaks in Maine. the shoes were easy to break in and felt great. However, the outsole on both shoes started to declamate at the inside heal.
