These Xcel surf boots are made from 3 mm Neoprene with a ThermoCarbon lining for heat retention and a solid sole under the split toe to give you better grip, more protection and never hang up on your leash. The rubber sole contours to the natural shape of your foot with reduced rubber contact points to give you more of a true-to-the board feel.
