I needed some head covering to wear under my bicycle helmet. I found the Xcel Titanium somehow online. It is a very thin neoprene/nylon fabric, very reasonable priced at under $15, so I ordered the L/XL size. When it arrived, I was dismayed because it was an extremely small fix. The head piece was OK but the chin strap was way too small. But instead of sending it back, I cut the chin strap in the middle and had a 7 inch long piece of 1 wide nylon webbing sewn in and now I love this head gear. It is extremely warm and blocks the cold wind while I ride and allows me to wear the same bicycle helmet.
