Walking slow

After wearing New Balance walking shoes while hiking daily, my heels were stone bruised. Prior to that I wore Keen boots which were fine but not waterproof. I wanted excellent hiking boots. I bought the Zamberlan's half a size bigger for room in the toe box. The boots are comfortable but seem heavy. Hiking seems like more work than fun. My husband and dogs are ahead, I'm clunking down trail. Maybe I'm just used to the sneakers.

Wonderful ankle and foot support for all day hiking. Very comfortable. Best of all the boots I've owned.
